Through collaboration among all stakeholders, the Ouachita Parish School System will ensure that all students attain the knowledge and skills needed to be productive citizens.

The school library media program in the Ouachita Parish School System will provide the resources, services, and instruction to equip students with the knowledge and skills that will empower them to access information for lifelong learning.
