Fingerprint Payment Method:

Call Morgan Futch at 318-432-5230 to set up an appointment to come in to turn in your paperwork and to do your background check.

Once we have set your appointment date and time, click the Identigo Link Here. When asked for location, use SP-WESTMONROE. 

When it asks you to schedule an appointment please select the time and date Morgan gave you over the phone. That will be the time you will turn in your paperwork and do your background check.

As you are filling out the information it will tell you to select the form of ID you are going to use. Please select Driver’s License or State ID. It must be valid ID, it cannot be expired. The Cost of the fingerprint payment is $55.75.
